フレデリックさんは、フランスバシェ協会 SSB（Structures Sonores Baschet Association）ディレクターとして長年バシェ音響彫刻とかかわってきた方でその豊かな経験と知識を日本の我々と共有してくださるそうです。これからが楽しみです！
フレデリック・フラデ
10年以上にわたりバシェ音響彫刻の研究、設計、製作に携わり、音の想像力が新しい音楽形態や音響理論をどのように形作るかを探求。ベルナール・バシェの歴史的なグランジ・アトリエを拠点に、それぞれをアコースティック・シンセサイザーとして、またオリジナルな音楽構造の源泉として捉え、芸術的視点と科学的探究を融合している。特にサウンド・モデリング、共鳴現象に関して、IRCAM、LAUMとの共同研究により充実。Structures Sonores Baschetの製作ディレクターとして、伝統的な技法と現代的な道具を組み合わせ、300近い楽器を製作。実験音楽、サウンドデザイン、ビジュアルアートに貢献し、音の限界を常に押し広げている。
Frédéric Fradet
Frédéric Fradet has spent over ten years researching, designing, and building Baschet instruments, exploring how sonic imagination shapes new musical forms and acoustic theories. Working from the historic Grange-Atelier of Bernard Baschet, he blends artistic vision with scientific inquiry, considering each instrument as an acoustic synthesizer and a source of original musical structures. His work is enriched by collaborations with IRCAM and LAUM, notably on sound modeling and resonance phenomena. As Director of Fabrication for Structures Sonores Baschet, he has crafted nearly 300 instruments, combining traditional techniques with modern tools. His creations serve experimental music, sound design, and the visual arts, continually pushing the boundaries of sound.
